Sandwich panel aging
Although the carved metal plate is of good quality and sturdy, it will age to varying degrees after a long time of use. This phenomenon will affect the use of the sheet to a certain extent, and even deform the sheet. What factors will cause the aging of metal engraved panels? Let's take a look.
1. Thermal stress; thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature difference will cause the volume change of the non-structural structure, making it always in an unstable state. Therefore, thermal stress is one of the main destructive forces of the outer insulation layer of high-rise buildings. High-rise buildings are more exposed to sunlight, have greater thermal stress, and deform more than multi-story or bungalow buildings. Therefore, in the design of thermal insulation and anti-cracking structure, the selection of thermal insulation materials should conform to the principle of flexible gradient, and the deformation capacity of the outer layer material should be higher than that of the inner layer material.
2. Wind pressure: Generally speaking, positive wind pressure produces thrust, and negative wind pressure produces suction, which will cause great damage to the outer insulation layer of high-rise buildings. This requires that the outer insulation layer should have considerable wind pressure resistance. In terms of wind pressure resistance, the insulation layer should have no cavity to prevent the air layer in the insulation layer under the action of wind pressure, especially under the action of negative wind pressure. The volume expands and destroys the air layer.
3. Seismic forces; Earthquakes can cause extrusion, shearing or deformation of high-rise building structures and insulation surfaces. The greater the stiffness of the insulation surface, the greater the seismic force, and the more serious the damage may be. This requires that the external thermal insulation materials of high-rise buildings should meet the principle of flexible gradient under the premise of considerable adhesion, so as to disperse and absorb seismic stress, minimize the load on the surface of the thermal insulation layer, and prevent the thermal insulation layer from being affected by seismic forces. Under the influence of large-scale cracking, peeling and even falling off.
4. Water or steam; in order to avoid water or steam damage to high-rise buildings, external thermal insulation materials with good waterproof and water vapor permeability should be selected to avoid wall condensation or increase in moisture content in the thermal insulation layer during the migration of water or steam. It can improve the rain erosion resistance and frost resistance of the outer insulation layer of high-rise buildings.
5. Fire; high-rise buildings have higher requirements for fire protection than multi-storey buildings. The thermal insulation layer of high-rise buildings should have good fire resistance, and should have the characteristics of preventing the spread of fire and the release of smoke or toxic gas during fire. The strength and volume of the material cannot be reduced too much, and the surface layer cannot burst and collapse. Otherwise, it will cause injury to residents or firefighters, and bring great difficulties to rescue work.
Metal carved panels also need regular maintenance, which can ensure the "freshness" of metal carved panels.
